What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancelations up to 30 days before the market will receive a full refund. Cancelations within 29 days of the market will receive a 50% refund. Any refunds exclude a 3% processing fees. Any cancellations within 1 week of the event will not receive a refund.

If The Conscious Collective has to cancel the event due to government orders, you will receive a full refund (minus the application and credit card fees) or a full credit towards our rescheduled market.

If an event is canceled due to Covid, participants may carry credit over towards a future event.

If participants cancel within 5 days due to testing positive for Covid, we will carry your credit forward to another event.
